Viewing: China Town

I love the aesthetic of this film and how it captures the beauty of the films of the time period. I love the dark tones added to the footage to create more of a thriller effect. I love how he replicates a 1930's Los Angeles so accurately. I love how challenging this film is to watch often leaving the audience to question what is being portrayed on screen. I would strongly recommend watching this film purely for the sets as well as the captivating storyline.
